If you are entitled to vote, whether you are a UK, EU or Commonwealth national or citizens, make sure you register to do so ahead of ‘National Voter Registration Day’, which takes place on Wednesday (February 5th).
You need to be registered to vote if you want to vote at the elections in May of this year. Politicians make the decisions that affect all of our day-to-day lives – if we want any say in this, registering to vote is essential. Every vote matters.
Elections to the European Parliament, as well as many councils and a some mayoral contests, will be help on Thursday, May 22nd. Molly Scott Cato, Green candidate for the South West has every change of getting into the EU parliament, where she will be able to make some real differences and campaign for change, so make sure you are signed up to vote.
