This meeting is being organised by the Campaign against Climate Change, and “Frack Free Cotswolds”. Speaker Suzanne Jeffery will speak on the push for Climate Jobs, and preparations for a big event on March 7th next year (pre general election) called “Time to Act on climate change.”
Jonathan Whitaker will give an update on the current situation regarding “fracking”, and what developments we might expect locally in 2015.
The meeting is being held on Wednesday 29th October, 7 -9 pm at Gloucestershire University in Cheltenham. The venue is at room TC001, The Francis Close Hall Campus. (It is a lecture theatre, whose entrance is just off the Quadrangle at the centre of the campus).
